This hotel was great and the staff were really friendly! the location felt safe and was in a nice neighborhood. Plus, it was super close to the center and the airport, which was really convenient. everything was just really good. 😊.

Location: the hotel was so close to restaurants and a mall, the center of Bucaramanga, and Floridablanca. The rooms were fantastic and perfect with nice amenities. The staff was very friendly and responsive to requests.
